Welcome to The Rights Practice's Incident Report Form. This form is designed for individuals to report incidents of transnational repression. This includes acts of violence, coercion, intimidation, or the suppression of their lawful rights by foreign governments or their agents. Specifically, we aim to address incidents originating in China and Hong Kong and affecting diaspora communities residing in the UK.

How your information will be used

The Rights Practice will use the information you provide to gain a comprehensive understanding of the nature and extent of transnational repression from China or Hong Kong in the UK. We encourage you to share further details with us through direct communication. Anonymised data collected through this form will be shared with the British government and will contribute to a publicly available report. We will take great care to remove any information that could be used to identify an individual. This report aims to raise awareness and advocate for policies that prevent transnational human rights violations in Britain.
